The Big Lewbowski is back on special edition DVD set this september

I am a big fan of the Coen brothers and I loved every minute of the Big Lebowski. It was indeed one of the funniest movies ever. Naturally, I'm excited that the dude is making a come back with yet another special edition DVD set. What possibly could the creative team come up with this time? Well firstly, lets start with the packaging. The limited edition set comes in a bowling ball box for $24 and the standard set is available for $14. The former set is totally worth the extra 10 dollars as it captures the essence of the movie. Besides this, all the old extra features are still to be found. Also, there are new bonuses in the form of The Dude's Life featurette, The Dude Abides: The Big Lebowski Ten Years Later, production notes, The Making of The Big Lebowski, The Lebowski Fest: An Achiever's Story, and the Jeff Bridges Photo Book.

Yes, the one with "Lonely Hearts" inscribed on it. It has turned out to be something that was worth storing. It fetched £541,250 ($1.07 million) at Christie's auction in London. Lennon's sunglasses fetched £39,650 ($78,400), some Hendrix recordings at the Woburn Music Festival in July 1968 weresold for £48,050 ($95,000), his Marshal amp went for £25,000 ($49,400) and a guitar that was once owned my a member of The Who sold for £32,450 ($64,200).

MobiFrance’s French Luxury Phone Concept

Keeping the French Independence Day in mind, MobiFrance have styled this cool and sexy phone that looks a lot like the Eiffel Tower and is built by, well, as the image says, Sony Ericsson. Should there be any more of a surprise then I’ll drop down dead. The glittering sides and the larger than life screen gives the phone too much to die for. Being a luxury concept phone also adds a sad part to the innovation that it doesn’t have too many features to offer. But hey, this one’s giving you a 7.2 megapixel camera inside that can capture images that are cool enough to be viewed on the sexy FL (French Luxury) touch screen.

Louis Vuitton's Monogramouflage...pure luxury!

Behind every successful man is a woman and behind every successful bag is a merger. Louis Vuitton's Monogramouflage Lys is one such successful bag that is the result of collaboration between Louis Vuitton Artistic Director Marc Jacobs and Japanese artist Takashi Murakami. It is inspired by one of Murakami's major works, "Magic Ball." Monogramouflage comes with the usual Monogramouflage denim canvas with leather trim and shiny golden brass hardware.

Incase gives your laptop a chic makeover!

Whatever happened to simple things. The simplicity seems to have disappeared from everything around us being so stylised and having undergone a manic makeover of sorts. Next in line is a laptop sleeve of all things. Incase has officially unveiled its artist line of accessories with the launch of a laptop sleeve designed by street artist KR, creator of the popular Krink line of ink and markers. This bag sure looks killer with the dripping paint like effect. The contrasting colours also make an impact and contribute to the design. It wouldn't be wrong to say this bag is very attention-grabbing.

Roberto Cavalli is at it again. With the Stamped leather shoulder bag, he may not be at his very best but its quite a stunner in itself. Its a nice looking shoulder bag with a crocodile effect that makes it look like a compressed crocodile of sorts. This black stamped leather hobo bag is a great purchase for the office goers, as it fits well between formal and casual bags and it isn't as fancy as a clutch or red tote nor is it as plain as Jane.

That's the one word to set a girl's heart racing. Yep, it's not diamonds or marriage or babies. For me, it's shoes that does it. The eclectic Salvatore Ferragamo collection titled 'Creations' is just the type of thing I obsess over. It takes inspiration from Ferragamo's archive, that spans for about 80 years and 13,000 designs. One of the most noteable shoe model here is 'Kimi', sandals which resemble traditional Japanese footwear. It also features the 'F' wedge.

There have been ancient mythological fetishes about kings riding on golden chariots and royals moving about on their golden steeds. Let’s revitalize the desire for golden transporters with the Golden Porsche. It appears to be a car that’s just been washed in gold. The golden blocks give it a scaly look and the front portion and one feels that a cobra is slithering their way. The rest of the Porsche doesn’t need too many praises to highlight the salient features of the car since everyone know what wonders are likely to be found under the golden hood.

For me a fancy bed means a nice water bed, and that's about as far as my imagination stretches. But I keep forgetting that this is the 21st century and things aren't that simple anymore. Luxury has been taken to new levels. This elite bed by Hollandia has more than wow'ed me. The bed is more like a compact bedroom with a DVD/CD changer, iPod docking station, a retractable 32-inch flat panel TV and a surround-sound system. As if all this isn't enough is comes with 12 massage programs for relaxing times telescoping head supporting, a mechanical head and foot tuning system which lifts the matress for keeping your back healthy (and no more pillow propping). For those workoholics or us writers, it has been designed keeping in mind continuous reading and writing (buy me one already).

Like the Hermitage Zipped satchel, which is simple yet elegant in it’s own ways. It is exclusively made of ages lambskin with polished silver metal hardware. The frame top bag features a special design with intricate pleats and gathered leather details, which run down center and side of the bag. The bag also flaunts an acrylic & silver metal “C” & “D” charms, which dangle from the center. If you’ve really loved it, then expect your pockets to go lighter by $2,015.

The name of this exotic Louis Vuitton bag is inspired by the crescents and phases of the moon in Polynesian culture and ‘Mahina’ is their lunar deity. Composed of soft and supple calf leather, they involve a meticulous and precise perforated monogram pattern. The bag employs antique silver metal hardware all over and pleates on the front and back. The shoulder strap is a belted leather shoulder strap with link attachments and it has a contrast micro fiber lining.
