Those who can still afford a luxury lifestyle, the latest eco-sensitive collection from Parisian furniture firm Roche Bobois is worth a buy. The company has replaced solvent adhesives and finishes in favor of water-based components; it even uses recyclable and reusable packaging and manufactures 46% of its furniture at internationally certified eco-friendly factories. The modular Boheme sofa too, follows the eco friendly approach. It is upholstered in 100% cotton canvas with backrest cushions in 100% feathers and a frame of solid linden wood from sustainable forests.

The look is easy and simple with its thin-striped cover and modular design, but the quality is excellent. Priced at $11,800 it is a complete beauty. A tad too expensive, but a little extra cost towards an eco friendly cause is never too much, is it?
