With all fancy credentials in place like hand carved/foundry cast solid bronze legs, powder coated aluminum doors, intricate cut-out pulls, signed and numbered by the designer himself (There are only ten of them), this limited edition ‘Burnt Credenza’ is worth a platinum member sticker. The lake-salvaged Douglas Fir takes on the richly colored and heavily textured black finish when scorched with fire and rubbed with oil. The sculptural perfection of the designer goes so far that the legs were carved in plaster first and later carved in solid bronze. The crisp satin white doors are maneuvered by intricate door pulls and this piece is outstandingly charming.

The Burnt Credenza retails for $8,500.
