The sportiletto, which is this season’s new release, is a Lego like-high heel, which is quite comfortable in a toy store rather than your shoe rack. The name sportiletto, if split up, speaks for itself (sporti-sporty, stiletto- a stiletto of course) The inspiring honors for this product goes to the 1980’s kiddie favorite, the fisher-Price 1-2-3 roller-skate and the snowboarders also take the credit for this crazy, child-like innovation. Both the models of the sportiletto are primarily colored plastic with Velcro straps. In contrast to the retro roller-skates costing $11, today’s chic stiletto’s cost a deal 140 times as much. Though these shoes look bizarre when models do the ramp walking wearing them, I have learnt that nothing should be underestimated since the glory of “rags to riches story” is displayed not by a celebrity but a pair of sportiletto’s since there are orders waiting for these shoes at top London stores.
